About the Role:
We’re looking for an idea-driven creative director to shape YouTube shows for a multi-platform creator brand.
You’ll be working with a dedicated team (writing, production, editing, social) to develop and run the channels from the ground up. Your job is to find ideas for new channels, come up with the videos that fill them, design the thumbnails that get them clicked, and take ownership of the creative direction on every channel you lead.
You’ll support the whole team through the video creation process, from first idea to final upload, making sure every video lands the way it should for the niche each channel is going into.
The writing, filming, and editing will be handled by the team. Your focus is the vision behind it all.
This application is for creative directors with no specific preference for a type of show who are open to all of them. That way we can assign you based on where we think your ideas fit best.
What We're Offering:
You won’t be put into a full-time position right away, as we first need to see if you’re right for it. Instead, you’ll start with a paid probation period whilst you learn the channels and the team.
Once you’ve successfully completed probation, you’ll be moved into a full-time role where you’ll take on more channels, different formats, and work closer with the team.
You’ll have a full team behind you, professional coaching in packaging, audience strategy, and creative leadership, and a platform that puts your ideas in front of millions. You’ll also be working alongside the writers, editors, and creators on the roster.
Please apply with this being a full-time role in mind, not a freelance gig.
What We're Looking For:
A constant stream of ideas with a strong sense of what people click on. Someone who’s curious, decisive, and not afraid to scrap an idea that doesn’t work the first time.
Background in content is required regardless of the field you were in. Thumbnail design skills also needed but don’t have to be perfect. A capable design setup help, but we will provide equipment if needed.
This full time position will require in-office work eventually - in London or Dubai. Keep this in mind when applying.
