About the Role:
We’re looking for sharp, story-driven writers to script YouTube shows produced by our in house team.
You’ll be paired with a dedicated creative team (strategy, production, editing) who will develop and run the channels from the ground up. Your job is to research, structure, and write scripts that hold attention from the first line to the last.
Show concepts and formats will be planned out at the start, and it will be your job to take them on and adapt the writing to fit the niche each channel is going into.
Everything on screen and in the edit will be handled. Your focus is the script.
This application is for writers with no specific preference for a type of show who are open to all of them. That way we can assign you based on where we think your writing fits best.
What We're Offering:
You won’t be put into a full-time position right away, as we first need to see if you’re right for it. Instead, you’ll be paid per script from day one whilst you learn.
After sufficient time has passed, you’ll be moved into a full-time role where you’ll take on more scripts, different formats, and work closer with the team.

What We're Looking For:
A natural storyteller with a strong voice. Someone who’s curious, adaptable, and not afraid to rewrite something that doesn’t work the first time. You don’t need a portfolio of YouTube scripts or a content background, you just need to write things people want to keep watching.
A reliable computer and internet connection are all you need to get started.
